Submission of candidate information, resumes, employment inquiries, or hiring requests through this website does not establish an employment relationship, contractual agreement, or guarantee of placement, employment, or hiring services.

InfraGrid Talent makes reasonable efforts to verify candidate qualifications and employment information but does not independently guarantee certifications, licensing status, background history, employment eligibility, or suitability for any specific position unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All hiring decisions remain solely the responsibility of the client employer. Candidates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information.

Any pricing, placement terms, guarantees, staffing services, or recruiting engagements are subject to separate written agreements executed between InfraGrid Talent and the client.

By using this website, submitting information, or communicating with InfraGrid Talent, users consent to the collection and use of submitted information for recruiting, staffing, employment consideration, and business communication purposes.

InfraGrid Talent reserves the right to modify services, pricing structures, website content, or terms at any time without notice.

 Gaurantee Policy - the basics

90 Day Replacement Guarantee

InfraGrid Talent stands behind the quality of our recruiting services and candidate selection process.

If a candidate placed by InfraGrid Talent voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within ninety (90) calendar days of their official start date, InfraGrid Talent will conduct a one time replacement search for the same position at no additional placement fee.

Replacement searches are subject to the following conditions:

  • The original placement fee invoice must be paid in full

  • The position requirements, compensation structure, and hiring scope must remain substantially similar to the original search

  • The guarantee applies only to direct hire placements made through InfraGrid Talent

  • The guarantee does not apply to layoffs, restructures, reductions in force, changes in business conditions, changes in job duties, compensation reductions, hostile work environments, or relocations after hire

  • The replacement guarantee is limited to one replacement candidate per original placement

InfraGrid Talent will make commercially reasonable efforts to identify and present qualified replacement candidates in a timely manner.
